About Us
Welcome to SCNC
Swan Christian Netball Club (SCNC) is a inclusive, community-focused club proudly competing within the Swan Districts Netball Association (SDNA).
After many years operating under Swan Christian College, we are now transitioning into an independent club. This exciting step allows us to strengthen our identity while continuing the culture, connection and values our members have helped shape over the years.
At SCNC, netball is about much more than the game itself. It’s about friendships, confidence, teamwork and creating a place where players feel supported and encouraged every time they step onto the court.

What We Offer
We cater for players from NetSetGo through to senior divisions, offering pathways for fun, fitness and development.
Whether stepping onto the court for the first time or building skills in a more competitive environment, we strive to support every player’s growth.
Our club offers structured training and coaching, opportunities for umpire development, and a community where families feel included and valued.
Our Community
Our club is powered by a wonderful community of volunteers. Coaches, umpires, team managers, committee members, parents and supporters all give their time and energy to help the season run smoothly. Their generosity behind the scenes is what keeps our club strong and makes netball possible for our players each week.

At SCNC, community matters just as much as the game itself. We’re proud to be a club where friendships grow, teamwork is celebrated, and everyone plays a part in creating a positive and encouraging environment for our players and families.
Our Connections
Strong connections are at the heart of our club.
We value our relationships with Swan Districts Netball Association, local schools and, most importantly, the families who make up our community.

As we continue our journey toward becoming an incorporated, independent club, we remain committed to responsible governance, open communication and creating a positive netball experience for every member.

A Community Club
Our club is run by a dedicated volunteer committee made up of parents, members and passionate supporters of the game.
Each season our teams compete in the Swan Districts Netball Association competition, with weekly fixtures held at the SDNA courts in Midland.

Teams typically train at Swan Christian College on weekday afternoons during school terms. Every team is supported by a coach, and a team manager plays an important role in keeping communication flowing smoothly between players, families and the club.
Together, these volunteers help create a positive environment where players can learn, grow and enjoy their netball journey.

Our Values

The Performance Partnership
At Swan Christian Netball Club, success is built on partnership. Clear roles, mutual respect, and shared values between coaches, athletes, and parents create the foundation for confidence, growth, and enjoyment in sport.
The Performance Partnership highlights the shared roles of coaches, athletes, and parents in creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing environment. When everyone understands their role and works together, young athletes are set up to grow, learn, and enjoy their netball journey.
