Swan Christian Netball Club began in 2007 when a small group of passionate parents came together with a shared goal: to give local children the chance to play netball in a nurturing, community-minded environment. With the support of Swan Christian College and the guidance of the College Director of Sport at the time, Mr Tony Banks, the club was formally established — laying the foundations for what would become a thriving and much-loved sporting community.

From our very first teams to the dozens we now field each year, our story has always been powered by volunteers. Coaches, umpires, team managers, committee members, and families have worked together season after season to create a club where players feel supported, encouraged, and connected.

Over the years, we have grown not just in numbers, but in culture. We have built a reputation for fairness, inclusion, teamwork, and genuine community spirit — values that still guide everything we do today.

In 2025, we took the next step in our journey by transitioning into an independent, incorporated club. This milestone reflects our maturity, our strength, and our commitment to building a sustainable future for generations of players to come. While we honour our roots with Swan Christian College, our independence allows us to shape our own identity, expand our opportunities, and deepen our connection with the Swan Districts community.

Today, our club offers pathways from NetSetGo through to senior divisions, providing a place for beginners, emerging athletes, and social players alike. We train at Swan Christian College, compete at Swan Districts Netball Association, and continue to grow through the dedication of the people who make our club special.

Our story is one of community, connection, and continuous growth — and every player, parent, volunteer, and supporter is now part of this next exciting chapter.
